ARBITRATION EXPERIENCE :
Assisted in two major shipbuilding disputes which were subsequently heard concurrently in London arbitration and were successfully settled, including ; assisting in the preparation of the Pleadings ; preparing voluminous discovery (in excess of 60,000 documents) ; taking witness statements ; providing technical assistance to experts, solicitors and barristers ; being consulting engineer during the 70 days hearing and appearing as a witness in the arbitration.
